  6. Class Program – Friday, May 31, 1:30 – 3:00 ; Larry Vroom and Jane Baldwin, “Bucket List”
  7. All committee members were sent a letter from the chairs outlining the Activities above.  Included in the letter were the minutes of our September meeting to bring everyone up to date.  We asked for responses back to us by the 15th of December and have heard from almost everyone as to their choices of activities.
Our next step is to activate the sub committees and have them create the details for their activity.  At this point there was no one who volunteered for any Class activity on Saturday afternoon or evening of June 1.  The consensus is that if classmates arrive on Wednesday evening, May 29, for the Thursday morning activity, they will probably be leaving on Saturday afternoon.  Unless anyone else comes forth with an idea of a class activity at these times, we will not pursue any further activities.

Jim has contacted the Granville Inn Golf Course for Thursday, May 30, morning tee times/shot gun start to get the reservation on the books.

Two other definites the committee would like to pursue:
that the new housing behind the Sigma Chi house be used for Class of 63 accommodations
that the formal class photograph be done before the Class Dinner on Thursday evening.
